Sant Martí Sarroca Cemetry
The municipal cemetery of Sant Martí Sarroca is located near the city centre, on a level at the foot of La Roca. It is rectangular in plan, enclosed by walls with attached niches. In the centre there is a walk flanked by cypress trees that leads to the chapel. At the ends there are towers. The sculptural elements of the interior should be noted. The complex shows the characteristics of the neoclassical style. The cemetery was built according to the project carried out by the architect Modest Fossas in 1868. The documentation relating to the work is preserved in the Municipal Archive of Sant Martí Sarroca.1868

Sant Martí Cultural Centre

The Sant Martí Cultural Centre is located in the old town of Sant Martí Sarroca. It is a rectangular building, with a gable roof. The floor plan is symmetrical, enclosed by a bar-café with lateral access. The façade has an almost symmetrical composition. Inside, there is a dance floor, stage and boxes. The set responds to the noucentista aesthetic.1924

Bleda Schools
Isolated building formed by a central body, longer in the back, and two lateral wings which correspond to the teachers' floors and the classrooms, respectively. The façade has a symmetrical composition with a stepped central crowning, with balls and garlands, and twin doors and windows with a lintel or pointed arch. It is covered by a gabled roof. According to an oral testimony, the building was built between 1924 and 1926 by Pau Guasch.1924 - 1926

Cal Balada
Cal Balada is a large building located at the foot of the road from Vilafranca to Sant Martí, at one end of the town. It has a square plan and consists of a ground floor, two floors and an attic with a turret. The façades have a symmetrical composition, with openings decreasing in height. As a whole, the building responds to an eclectic aesthetic. The Cal Balada building was built by master builder Josep Arbós at the beginning of the 20th century, according to oral sources. -

Openings with lintel and decoration of blue and ornamental glazed ceramics in the frames which form small steps; motifs that are repeated in the roof rail (made of masonry), as well as horizontal lines and quadrangular plates. -

Building with a T-shaped floor plan and a single landing, with a gable roof. The longest part corresponds to the classroom, which has the teacher's house attached. In the entrance porch and windows there are columns of cylindrical shaft, and the crowning of the building has a decoration consisting of balls and mouldings. The building responds to the noucentista aesthetic. -

Detached house with a quadrangular plan composed of ground floor, main floor, roof and terrace. Façades of symmetrical composition with openings with lintels decorated with blue ceramics and drip edge flashings decorated with circles, ovals and spirals. Interesting grids. Crowning with baluster rail, frieze, palmettes and quadrangular elements, with upper curved moulding that centres the façade. Garden and bastion.
